Welcome Arizona Diamondbacks Fans |
| |
In this, their 13th season in Major League Baseball, your Arizona Diamondbacks are looking to get back into the playoffs last seen seemingly ages ago in 2007. This will be the first full season for Diamondbacks Manager A. J. Hinch at the helm and he is looking to not repeat their 2009 last place performance. In fact, the franchise has that “worst to first” mentality this season.
In the offseason, the D-backs signed a number of quality free agents to include Adam La Roche, Tony Abreu, Ian Kennedy, Edwin Jackson and Aaron Heilman. The team has a very young but talented rotation and with Brandon Webb leading the way, they may just have the best 1-2-3 in the National League. Their batting lineup leads off with Conor Jackson, the Stephen Drew, Justin Upton, Adam LaRoche, Mark Reynolds, Chris Young, Gerardo Parra, Chris Snyder and Dan Heren.
